Cobb & Co Booking Office - Built around 1857. Tregenza Gallery. Purchased by the Trust in 1976, it has been extensively restored and leased as a private restaurant. The property was sold in 1997 and is now leased as Cobb & Co Restaurant - Riddoch Street, BYO. Phone 08 8737 2824. Bookings welcomed.

Old Post Office Residence and Postal Chamber - built 1850-60's. Corner of Riddoch & Church Streets. Purchased by the Trust in 1972. The residence is rented out as a private dwelling and the Postal Chamber is leased to "The Pennant", Penola's local newspaper. Phone 08 8737 2839
Foresters Hall - built in 1873 in Arthur Street. Purchased by the Trust in 19??. Leased to Beaurepaires Tyre Service. Phone 08 8737 2363.
